Postdoctoral Scholar Research Associate in Mechanical and Civil Engineering
Adrian holds a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain) and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of A Coruña (Spain).
He joined the Department of Mechanical and Civil Engineering at the California Institute of Technology in March 2021 as a postdoctoral scholar. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, working with Professor Hector Gomez.
His research focuses on phase-field modeling and numerical simulation of problems in mechanical and biomedical engineering.
